At JAM we believe you must start with the right ingredients and then create.

Perfect for the health conscious as we source the best produce from throughout North Queensland, and Australia. All of our menus are driven by seasonal produce allowing you to come back time after time to enjoy.

JAM is always introducing new and fresh flavours. A couple of great entrees to try are the Western Australian octopus, pork belly, romesco, pickled daikon, chives or the Asian style beef carpaccio, fried shallot, chilli, sesame, coriander, honey peanuts, ponzu.

For for mains featuring local produce, why not try the Harissa lamb rump, pearl cous cous, preserved lime labneh, crispy brussels, green sauce or the Seafood linguini, Townsville prawns, calamari, chilli, garlic, parsley EVOO.

And follow with one of JAM’s scrumptious desserts like Orange crémeux, baklava, Turkish delight, Persian fairy floss!

The ‘Luxe Room’ is perfect for gatherings of up to 16 guests. This is a great room for business occasions, pre-wedding family dinners, engagement dinners, birthdays and anniversaries.

With a fantastic menu selection on offer you are able to choose from 2 or 3 course menus designed to share amongst family and friends.
